With 5+ years in manufacturing warehousing and experience with WMS/ERP, you will lead process improvements and coordinate with production and procurement to prevent stockouts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of improving inventory accuracy and reducing carrying costs.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to optimize efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and prevent stockouts.
• Implement and maintain a robust inventory management system, conducting regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse environment.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse layout, material flow, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with third‑party logistics providers and freight carriers to optimize shipping and receiving processes.
