Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in Newaygo, MI is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations and drive efficient material flow. You will manage a team, implement policies, and partner with production, logistics, and supply chain to meet demands.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a related field and 5+ years in warehouse management within manufacturing, with strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, Lean concepts, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with WMS/ERP software (e.g., SAP EWM, Oracle).
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
• Strong lean/manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Optimize inventory control processes, conduct regular cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse.
• Manage warehouse budget, including labor, equipment, and supplies, to achieve cost-effectiveness.
