Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Warehouse Manager II to lead warehouse operations, vendor coordination, and data integrity in a medium-volume location. The role oversees scheduling, training, and ticketing while ensuring accurate data in the Retail Management System.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 3 years in inventory/merchandising, and a valid driver’s license. Strong computer skills (Excel/Outlook/Word) and a proven PM/presentation ability are essential.

Qualifications

Requires a High School diploma or GED.
3 years Inventory Management/Merchandising/Retail experience in medium volume and/or multi-unit Food and Beverage or Merchandise operations.
2 years driving experience and a valid State Driver’s License.
Requires excellent time management, project management, and presentation skills.
Requires a high level of computer literacy, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
Requires ability to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents and converse with customers.
Requires basic keyboarding or repetitive motions.
Requires ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Requires operation of heavy equipment or vehicles.

Responsibilities

Prepares daily scheduling of warehouse personnel in accordance with business needs.
Supervises and trains all warehouse associates.
Ensures purchases meet company specs and come from approved vendors; provides feedback to Management.
Oversees ticketing of items to ensure timely, accurate processing.
Manages data flow from ordering and receiving into the Retail Management System.
Resolves most questions and refers complex issues to higher levels.
Fosters open communication between warehouse and other management staff.
