Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. in is seeking a Manager of Engineering & Maintenance to oversee daily maintenance operations in a refrigerated warehouse. You will coordinate maintenance teams, schedule work, and develop preventive programs to ensure operational reliability and safety.

Lead the budgeting process for maintenance, collaborate on long-term facility improvements, and ensure compliance with OSHA, codes, and safety procedures. A strong focus on team leadership and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse maintenance management experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of all eight RETA courses required.
• HAZMAT certification required.
• Americold Certified Maintenance Manager program within 6 months of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance activities for refrigerated warehouse equipment and systems.
• Plan and assign maintenance work schedules for technicians.
• Develop, implement and adjust preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure OSHA and municipal/state code compliance for mechanical/electrical safety.
• Resolve maintenance issues and coordinate necessary repairs to maintain equipment functionality.
• Assist management with annual maintenance budgets and capital expenditure planning.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment by enforcing safety policies.
