Job summary

Americold Logistics LLC seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all warehouse functions, including operations, transportation, personnel, and customer service, aligning them with company objectives.

You will manage budgets, direct departmental activities, monitor performance, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and represent the company to warehouse customers while supporting continuous improvement and disaster-prevention plans.

Qualifications

• College degree in business, logistics, or management plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing or logistics management.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Skilled in planning, staffing, budgeting, and organizing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual facility budget and ensure adherence across all warehouse departments.
• Direct, assign, and monitor work and performance objectives for warehouse staff.
• Oversee all warehouse activities, costs, operations, and forecasts, and track progress toward goals.
• Ensure a safe work environment by identifying safety concerns and implementing cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all federal, state, and local safety regulations.
