Job summary

Americold Logistics LLC is seeking aMaintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance operations across warehouses, ensuring installation, repair, and upkeep of machinery and utilities. You will lead engineering and maintenance teams, set performance objectives, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Travel up to 5-12% may be required for development and training, with a strong focus on cost control and reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience with at least 3 years in supervision.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and SAP or Oracle CMMS.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
• Mechanical and basic electrical concepts with hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assign work to engineering and maintenance teams, set performance objectives, and monitor performance.
• Prepare annual maintenance budgets, monitor expenditures, and initiate corrective actions.
• Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines and equipment to support productivity.
• Design and implement preventive maintenance programs and review reports for standards.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and a safe working environment for employees and visitors.
• Maintain and analyze equipment reliability reports and improvement actions.
• Execute capital projects including bids, requests, and managing contractors/vendors.
• Travel up to 5-12% for development, training, and business needs.
