Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day site operations, including warehousing, receiving, and shipping, under the General Manager. You will plan inbound/outbound volume, communicate with customers, optimize space, and manage staff performance and development.

As part of the Solutions division, you will drive productivity, safety, and quality while complying with SOPs and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7 years’ experience in logistics/distribution.
• 5 years’ supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehousing, receiving, and shipping activities.
• Plan inbound/outbound volume and space utilization.
• Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure KPI targets and client SLAs are met.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cost savings.
