Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 7 years' experience in logistics/distribution.
• 5 years' experience in a supervisory role.
• Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, warehousing, receiving and shipping.
• Plan inbound/outbound volume, space utilization & equipment needs.
• Hire, train, and manage labor; conduct performance appraisals.
• Meet client KPIs and SLA requirements.
• Promote safety and compliance with SOPs and company policies.
