Job summary

Premier PV is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Manager to lead a warehousing and logistics team responsible for inbound, outbound, and interplant operations. You will uphold inventory integrity, optimize material flow, and ensure regulatory compliance while enabling on‑time execution for customer projects.

The role demands strong analytical skills, extensive leadership experience in manufacturing, and proficiency with ERP and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Must be very flexible with shift start times as well as days worked, including weekends and holidays.
• 5+ years of management and leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• The ability to make decisions, problem solve, prioritize assignments, and direct the workforce in an ever‑changing, warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing and shipping & receiving operations, ensuring inventory integrity, material flow, regulatory compliance, and on‑time execution across all inbound and outbound logistics.
• Oversee warehouse scheduling, workflow optimization, inventory accuracy, and exception management.
• Coordinate across multiple internal teams to ensure SLA performance and service consistency.
• Serve as the primary client-facing leader, handling communication, requirements, escalations, and customized logistics solutions.
• Monitor and drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to optimize ERP usage and reduce non‑value‑added movements.
