Job summary

Premier PV is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Manager in Dallas, TX to oversee inbound, outbound, and interplant logistics. You will lead a shipping and receiving team, drive improvements, ensure compliance, and coordinate with multiple internal teams to meet project goals.

The role requires a strong background in warehouse operations, ERP systems, and Lean practices, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or logistics; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse design, layout, operations, or similar.
• Proficient in ERP systems and inventory management; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing, shipping & receiving, and inventory integrity across locations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet SLA and service levels.
• Lead cycle counting, FIFO traceability, ABC classification, and Kaizen initiatives.
• Develop staging processes for work orders and kitting; ensure materials are production-ready.
• Train and develop the operations team; enforce safe equipment usage and Lean practices.
