Elbit America, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Warehouse & Logistics to transform warehouse operations and material flow into a lean production system.

This role leads end-to-end movement, storage, and distribution across the operation with a focus on safety, quality, and accountability. The role collaborates with Planning, Production, Industrial Engineering, Quality, and Program teams to enhance system performance and enable scalable, world-class operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related experience in warehousing/logistics.
• Experience with Lean tools/processes to drive standard work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operation.
• Train and manage the warehouse team.
• Execute inbound/outbound shipments with efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop logistics network including 3rd party carriers.
• Coordinate deliveries to meet customer requirements.
• Lead a high-performance warehouse team with safety and quality focus.
• Improve ERP/WMS, scanning, labeling, and traceability processes.
• Ensure regulatory, export, and safety standards compliance.
