Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• 3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervision.
• Experience with inventory control and manufacturing warehousing.
• Experience using ERP for inventory/warehouse management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse functions including receiving, warehousing, inventory control, shipping, and distribution.
• Develop, implement, and maintain warehouse policies and standardized work.
• Ensure materials are accurately received, stored, inventoried, and delivered.
• Direct staffing, scheduling, labor utilization, and workload prioritization.
• Maintain warehouse security and proper storage for materials and hazardous goods.
• Document and maintain inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Drive Lean and 5S initiatives across warehouse operations.
• Lead safety inspections, risk assessments, and OSHA/compliance efforts.
• Monitor KPIs like inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, and productivity.
