Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience using Lean tools and processes to drive standard work across the enterprise.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the warehouse operation.
• Train and manage the warehouse team to perform daily tasks.
• Execute inbound and outbound shipments ensuring smooth processing.
• Develop and maintain the logistics network including long-term carrier contracts.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups to meet customer requirements.
• Lead daily warehouse, receiving, shipping, inventory control, and logistics operations with emphasis on safety and accuracy.
• Ensure inventory integrity through cycle counting and transactional accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Partner with Production, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain to align material readiness with production.
