Job summary

Anker Innovations is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, drive efficiency, and ensure accurate fulfillment across the supply chain.

You will lead process improvements, document SOPs, and collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives. Occasional travel may be required. This role emphasizes lean logistics, data analysis, KPI tracking, and automation opportunities to scale North American operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Deep understanding of WMS, logistics processes, and KPIs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities with cost control experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Track delivery KPIs and identify bottlenecks to drive improvements.
• Document and implement SOPs across warehouse functions.
• Lead lean logistics initiatives for inbound/outbound/inventory.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and 3PLs for performance.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance to meet objectives.
