Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Transportation/Logistics Management or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of warehouse management experience preferred.
• 5 years in developing and executing strategy initiatives.
• Knowledge of transportation and warehouse regulations.
• Expertise in inventory control and order fulfillment metrics.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across warehouse facilities and invoice support teams.
• Drive objectives to remove barriers, improve processes, and enable change.
• Oversee safety culture and compliance with OSHA and related standards.
• Direct carrier management, selection, and performance evaluation.
• Coach managers to meet productivity and inventory goals.
• Lead development and training across departments and teams.
• Maintain and improve the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ensure performance reviews and staff development.
