Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and/or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in warehouse operations management preferred.
• Ability to learn and use diverse system tools.
• Direct experience with WMS, Apprise, and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-site leadership by coaching and managing supervisors and staff.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Oversee product inventory control, shipping, receiving, and WMS maintenance.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
• Communicate progress and strategic goals to the Warehouse and Operations Manager.
