Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree in SCM/Logistics or equivalent.
• 10+ years in warehouse operations management preferred.
• Experience with WMS, Apprise, and enterprise systems is required.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-site leadership by coaching and managing teams across warehouse facilities.
• Drive peak performance with clear objectives, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Lead cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiatives across sites.
• Direct inventory control, shipping, receiving, and maintenance of WMS.
