Job summary

Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream is seeking a Warehouse Leader to oversee inventory, production material supply, and 3PL management at our Laurel, MD facility. You will drive cost optimization, ensure data integrity in the WMS, and lead a team to meet key performance indicators.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Production, and Procurement to sustain growth and improve overall warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with 5+ years in warehouse/logistics.
• Experience leading a warehouse or distribution team in a manufacturing or FMCG setting.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and budgeting skills.
• Proven ability to optimize costs, improve processes and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse team to meet KPIs: inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and cost targets.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs, negotiate contracts, and ensure service levels.
• Oversee budget for warehousing and 3PL services; drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity in warehouse management systems and optimize processes.
