Job summary

Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream seeks a strong warehouse leader to drive inventory accuracy, on-time production materials, and efficient 3PL partnerships at our Laurel facility. You’ll manage the warehouse team, optimize processes, and ensure safety and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in warehouse operations.
• Experience with inventory control and KPIs.
• Experience negotiating contracts with service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team to set targets for inventory, material supply to production and timely delivery to Warehouse.
• Manage and optimize the Warehouse Management Information System and processes to improve efficiency and capital use.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and manage budget for warehousing and 3PL services.
• Negotiate with service providers and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Oversee maintenance of building and equipment, ensure warehouse safety.
• Plan and communicate daily/weekly plans with cross-functional teams.
