Job summary

Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Lead to drive inventory management, material supply to production, and KPI-driven performance from a on-site location in Laurel, MD. You will lead a team, coordinate 3PL providers, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize warehousing operations.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse/logistics with 2–3 years in leadership, a relevant degree, strong Excel skills, and a track record of cost control and process improvement in FMCG

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business admin, or related field.
• 5+ years of warehouse/logistics experience in manufacturing or FMCG.
• 2–3 years in leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience managing dry goods inventory.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team to manage inventory and production material supply.
• Manage 3PL providers to meet KPIs and cost targets.
• Negotiate with 3PL and control the warehouse budget.
• Ensure data integrity in warehouse management systems.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and optimize warehouse costs.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in the warehouse.
• Provide advance information to align with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee 3PL services and budget management.
