Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Addison, TX to oversee the safe receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods. You will manage inventory, staff, and equipment while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will optimize warehouse flow, coordinate with customer service, and ensure accurate order processing in Macola systems. A background in logistics and 2–5 years in warehouse leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of supply chain/warehouse and management experience.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management platforms and inventory systems.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage order processing to ensure adherence to schedules and proper documentation in Macola systems.
• Supervise staff, train personnel, and optimize workflow to meet productivity targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor returns, damaged or oversized stock.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve shipment or inventory issues.
• Ensure safety, equipment maintenance, and proper use of warehouse tools.
