Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking a logistics and warehouse specialist to manage receipt, storage, and shipment of service materials and tools for field service and order fulfillment. You will use SAP and coordinate with carriers, delivering accurate inventory and supporting daily operations.

The role trains peers, audits processes for compliance, and works with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in materials management while maintaining safety and attendance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; AA degree preferred.
• Experience in receiving, shipping, and manufacturing operations support.
• Inventory management including cycle counts.
• Ability to audit processes and lead project teams.
• Prior experience in medical industry preferred.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and training to logistics staff.
• Ensure timely outbound FRU shipments to meet obligations.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders on import/export.
• Provide backup coverage for Lead/Supervisor roles.
• Resolve receiving/shipping issues and investigate shortages.
• Process FRU orders for domestic and international customers.
• Train in material handling equipment use and perform safety audits.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects in materials management.
