Job summary

Construction Specialties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory/Warehouse Manager to optimize material flow, oversee cycle counts, and lead cross-site warehouse operations.

You will implement best practices for storage, handling, and KPI-driven improvements across manufacturing sites in North America. Qualifications

• College graduate in Business, Supply Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field preferred.
• 5+ Years experience in managing warehousing functions for manufacturing and distribution.
• Experience in implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP Systems, and utilization of technology in automating warehousing functions.
• Lean/Six Sigma training preferred.
• APICS or applicable industry certifications preferred.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and to meet deadlines.
• Ability to be self-directed to recommend business improvement activities for justification and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical inventory, cycle counts, and accuracy reporting.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and operations to optimize material flow and storage.
• Develop KPI’s for facility throughput and cross-facility movements.
• Lead Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving personnel.
• Support WMS implementation aligned with customer requirements.
• Supervise Receiving: receipts, stocking, and floor delivery.
• Audit inventories and prevent overstocking and dead stock.
• Participate in Operations meetings to set policies and goals.
