Qualifications

• Five or more years of warehouse management experience.
• Valid forklift certification required.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and material staging.
• Coordinate closely with site supervisors and construction managers across multiple job sites.
• Plan and prepare material and equipment needs several days in advance based on project schedules.
• Dispatch deliveries, track incoming/outgoing materials, and maintain order logs.
• Ensure efficient loading, unloading, and storage of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse that meets all company safety standards.
• Identify shortages or delays early and communicate clearly with field teams.
• Lead by example—reliability, direct communication, and strong follow-through.
