Job summary

Sunrun Inc. seeks a Senior Warehouse Specialist to lead the Warehouse Operations Team, overseeing receiving, stocking, and delivery of materials to local installation teams. You will train staff on policy and best practices while maintaining organization and inventory accuracy.

You will drive safety, cycle counts, Oracle ERP transactions, and forklift operations, collaborating with Branch Management to create and manage stock plans and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of warehouse experience.
• Demonstrated and measurable results in driving efficiency and cost savings in Warehouse Operations.
• Leadership: Provide leadership and support that ensures development of a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operations team.
• Initiative: Ability to think and take constructive action at work without being urged; ability to lead new ideas or work methods.
• Safety Orientation: Awareness of safety policies and procedures; identify and report hazards and encourage safe work.
• Adaptability/Flexibility: Ability to change work practices, priorities, or procedures in response to changing conditions.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with others and foster a collaborative environment.
• Problem Solving: Use a systematic approach to analyze information and define solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for Warehouse Team Members solving problems and driving efficiency.
• Lead training events to standardize SOPs across locations.
• Train and certify new hires on Warehouse Operations Policy and Procedure.
• Perform special projects while meeting standards.
