Job summary

Rolls-Royce's Lundin site in Mankato, MN seeks a Sr. Supervisor to oversee all physical logistics, material flow, and inventory accuracy, ensuring ERP compliance. You will lead and develop staff, drive continuous improvement, and report progress to senior management.

The role requires a degree in Business/Engineering or related field with 4+ years in materials management, or a related advanced degree and 2+ years; US citizenship/permanent residency required. Includes relocation not available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
• Experience with material handling change processes and manufacturing process flow.
• Proficiency in computer applications and inventory control systems.
• Familiarity with MTU products.
• Previous supervisory experience in materials or inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material flow, receipt, and movement of parts and finished goods, ensuring ERP compliance.
• Lead and develop staff, assign work, evaluate performance, and enforce safety policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and improve efficiency.
• Communicate progress to senior management and perform staff reviews and KPI reporting.
