Rolls-Royce seeks a Sr. Material Flow Planner in Mankato, MN to design and optimize end-to-end material flow processes. You will drive efficiency across the supply chain using LEAN principles, coordinate cross-functional logistics, and implement SAP-compatible tools to support growth and seamless integration.

The role requires education in Business or Engineering with relevant experience in logistics planning, materials management, or material flow design; relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 4 years of logistics planning experience or
• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of logistics planning experience or
• Master’s degree in Business/Engineering or related field or
• JD/PhD in Business/Engineering or related field or
• In lieu of degree, 6+ years of relevant experience in logistics planning

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize material flow by implementing end-to-end processes using LEAN principles.
• Plan and coordinate complex, cross-functional logistics processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Implement and enhance IT-supported logistics planning tools and SAP-compatible solutions.
• Develop timelines, resource allocation strategies, and cost calculations for logistics initiatives.
• Design, model, and implement SAP-compatible system solutions tailored to business requirements.
