Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG is seeking a Sr. Supervisor at the Lundin Site in Mankato, MN to oversee all physical logistics functions, drive inventory accuracy, and ensure ERP compliance.

You will lead staff, implement process improvements to reduce cycle time, and report progress to senior management while supporting safety and policy adherence in a high‑performance warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or higher degree in a related field with the required years of experience as listed in the Basic Requirements.
• Alternative degrees aligned with Materials Management and relevant experience are considered for senior roles.
• 6+ years of materials management experience can substitute for a degree as stated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material flow, receipt, and movement of parts and finished goods, ensuring ERP and inventory control processes.
• Lead and develop staff, assign work, evaluate performance, and ensure safety and policy adherence.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and increase warehouse efficiency.
