Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business or Engineering plus 4 years of logistics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of logistics experience.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• JD/PhD in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• In lieu of degree, 6+ years of experience in customer compliance and/or logistics.
• U.S. Citizenship or ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics operations for domestic and international shipments.
• Oversee vendor and carrier management including negotiations and billing issues.
• Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize routes.
• Ensure import/export compliance and support audits.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Continuously identify improvement opportunities in the supply chain.
