Job summary

Rolls-Royce Corporation in Mankato, MN is seeking a Sr. Supervisor to oversee all material flow, inventory accuracy, and ERP compliance at the Lundin site. The role leads staff, drives inventory accuracy initiatives, and implements process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.

The position requires degrees in engineering or supply chain and several years in materials management; U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or higher degree in related field with 4+ years materials management experience, or a relevant advanced degree with required years of experience.
• U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship available at this time.
• Preferred: strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control and supply chain processes; experience with material handling change processes and manufacturing process flow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material flow, receipt, and movement of parts and finished goods, ensuring ERP and inventory control compliance.
• Lead and develop staff, assign work, evaluate performance, and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time, improve first pass yield, and increase warehouse efficiency.
• Communicate progress and issues to senior management; perform staff reviews and KPI reporting.
