Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Sr. Supervisor at the Lundin site in Mankato, MN to oversee all physical logistics functions, including material flow and inventory accuracy, and ensure ERP process compliance for parts and finished goods.

You will lead staff, drive continuous improvement, and report progress to senior management while performing key administrative duties. 4+ years in materials management and appropriate degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of ERP processes and inventory control.
• Experience driving process improvements to reduce cycle time and improve yield.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material flow, receipt, and movement of parts and finished goods in compliance with ERP and inventory control processes.
• Lead and develop staff, assign work, evaluate performance, and ensure safety and personnel policy adherence.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and improve warehouse efficiency.
• Communicate progress to senior management and perform key administrative tasks.
