Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
• Experience leading warehouse or fleet operations in service industries.
• Strong organizational, time management, and detail orientation.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and data analysis.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Warehouse: develop strategies and procedures for efficient operations.
• Oversee inventory control with cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate procurement and forecasting to ensure parts availability.
• Optimize warehouse layout, receiving, storage, and fulfillment.
• Enforce safety standards across all warehouse operations.
• Monitor equipment and tools, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with service, dispatch, procurement, and finance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
