Who You Are

You are a hands-on operational leader who takes pride in running a tight, well-organized shop. You know where everything is, you know what every vehicle needs, and you stay two steps ahead of problems before they affect the field. You hold your team to a high standard because you know that when the warehouse runs well, the whole business runs well.

What Onboarding Looks Like

In your first 30 days, you will assess the current state of warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and fleet condition while getting to know your team and key partners in service, dispatch, and procurement. By day 60, you have full ownership of daily warehouse and fleet operations, active improvement initiatives underway, and a clear picture of where the gaps are. By day 90, you are running a reliable, efficient operation that the field team depends on and trusts completely.

The 5 Big Things
  • Technicians Never Wait on Parts: The field runs on what is in your warehouse. When inventory is accurate, stocked, and organized, technicians can focus on the job, not the supply chain. Success means no tech is ever standing still because something was not where it should be.
  • The Fleet Never Surprises You: You do not wait for something to break. You already know what is due, what is aging, and what needs attention. Maintenance is scheduled, not scrambled. Success means every vehicle is road-ready and unplanned downtime is rare enough to be notable.
  • Your Numbers Are Trusted: Inventory counts, cycle counts, and system records tell the same story. Procurement decisions are based on data, not gut feel. When someone asks what is on the shelf, the answer is accurate and you can prove it.
  • The Warehouse Is a Place People Can Work Well In: Safe, organized, and efficient, not because someone told you to keep it that way, but because you built the systems that make it stay that way. No one gets hurt, nothing gets lost, and time is not wasted on things that should be simple.
  • The Field and the Back Office Stay Connected Through You: Dispatch, service, and procurement do not operate in silos on your watch. You see a shortage coming before it becomes a problem, flag it early, and keep everyone moving. Success means no team gets blindsided by something you knew about first.
