Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing industries.
• Proficiency in using ServiceTitan’s replenishment features.
• Experience with Ply and the ability to approve invoices within the system.
• Strong experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of inventory management and control procedures.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment.
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems, including tracking stock and conducting cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Utilize ServiceTitan’s replenishment features to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout to optimize space utilization.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with national safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve issues.
• Approve invoices and ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
• Generate and analyze inventory and operational reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
