• Lead, train, coach, and support facilities and maintenance staff.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for building systems and equipment.
• Assign, prioritize, and follow up on work orders and contractor tasks.
• Maintain facility logs, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Support emergency response, special projects, and safety initiatives.
