Pentel of America is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of our Ontario and Torrance facilities. You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate with contractors, and manage schedules to meet regulatory and company standards.

The role requires 3+ years in complex warehouse environments, a relevant Associate's degree or equivalent, and hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Strong safety focus is essential.

Formación

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of progressive industry experience in complex warehouse & distribution environments.
• Experience and/or expertise in facilities or operations preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and company safety programs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily and long-term maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment, roofing, painting, cleaning and other requests in a Distribution Center/Office environment.
• Supervise and direct facilities maintenance staff on a daily basis and train in safe methods to perform tasks.
• Coordinate with outside maintenance contractors, suppliers and government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and contracts.
• Ensure facility meets government regulations, environmental, health and security standards as well as company requirements.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for Ontario and Torrance facilities.
