Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst of Warehouse Operations in Chicago, IL. You will be the main site contact, driving day-to-day metrics, leveraging data to identify trends, and leading initiatives to close performance gaps.

You’ll manage cost-saving programs, coordinate with 3PLs, and support capital projects while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve service, cost, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3 years in a general warehousing/operations background
• ERP proficiency (SAP preferred)
• SAP EWM proficiency strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze data and present actionable insights
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Clear written and verbal communication; team player; proactive
• Experience with Tableau reports preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Drive KPI and financial results for warehouse metrics to improve service and reduce cost
• Leverage data to identify opportunities and implement strategic solutions
• Track and generate cost-saving initiatives across operations
• Lead daily communications with 3PLs and provide updates to leadership
• Lead weekly/monthly buffer-site reviews with site managers
• Oversee capital project execution and cross-functional productivity initiatives
• Co-develop pipeline productivity initiatives with site managers and startups when needed
• Engage transportation on productivity, cost, and carrier performance
• Create purchase orders, review invoices, and coordinate with finance and vendors
• Support and input during the annual budget process
