Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Data and Reporting to enable growth in category sales by delivering objective category expertise and actionable recommendations across assortment, pricing, merchandising and shelving.

You will drive customer sell-in with insights-based stories, collaborate with internal teams and customers, and support forecasting, reporting, and strategic initiatives while managing multiple data sources to produce total BU insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in business, sales, data analytics, retail or other related field.
• Excellent organizational skills, self-starter and ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities.
• Accurate and timely reporting with drive to improve and streamline processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance (sales, distribution, merchandising, velocity, broker performance) to support BU routines.
• Support development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan for respective categories with the BU Sales team.
• Support new product launches with sell-in, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Develop category and brand strategies for pricing, distribution, shelving, and merchandising.
• Leverage insights from retail analytics to support category leadership and sell stories.
• Provide analyses of data sources to assist in selling story development.
• Lead reporting and presentations for the category team.
