Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Development based in Chicago to lead and support process improvement and business analysis across the organization. You will advise on new technologies in the factory setting, including Connected Factory and IoT, to meet production goals and foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years combined experience in manufacturing, supply chain development or HQ business team experience.
• 3+ years' experience in Project Management for Consumer Products.
• 3+ years' experience in Basic Marketing/Finance Principles.
• 1 year of Plant Manufacturing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Heinz innovation, capacity, growth, cost savings and supply continuity projects.
• Support commercialization activity by preparing supply chain and facilities for start-ups and growth.
• Identify risks, provide solutions to capacity constraints, and communicate with senior leaders.
• Develop and present capital business cases with finance to support growth initiatives.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure capacity and cost improvements across the product lifecycle.
