Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst in Pittsburgh to own service KPI visibility, develop Power BI dashboards, and drive CPFR improvements for AFH customers.

You will lead cross-functional actions and governance of fines while advancing reporting maturity across the supply chain. Strong analytical, project management, and Lean/Six Sigma experience are required, with a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methods.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Own ORDD, CFR, and service KPI tracking with visibility and actionability.
• Develop and maintain service scorecards across customers and categories.
• Create and maintain Away From Home Power BI dashboards.
• Govern customer fines, disputes, and policy compliance with audits.
• Lead CPFR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
