Harry’s is seeking a Senior Retail Analytics Manager for Walmart to own analytics and insights end-to-end, driving the roadmap, reporting, and strategic analyses across retail and digital channels. You will bridge store performance with Walmart.com and 3P Marketplace, guiding data partnerships and internal adoption of Scintilla capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 7+ years in an analytical and strategic data-driven role.
• Experience with syndicated data (Circana / Nielsen) is a necessity; Walmart Scintilla Charter and Walmart’s digital/marketplace ecosystem is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in core digital-shelf and retail-media metrics is a necessity.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary customer and internal analytic support for Walmart business across categories, shopper, and performance analysis.
• Develop and own the Walmart analytics roadmap to support channel strategy and ad hoc reporting.
• Bridge retail and digital into one omnichannel read, connecting store performance with Walmart.com and 3P Marketplace.
