Job summary

Harry’s in New York seeks a Senior Retail Analytics Manager to own Walmart analytics and insights end-to-end, bridging retail and digital performance to tell one cohesive story.

You’ll develop the analytics roadmap, deliver recurring reports, partner with Scintilla and Walmart Connect, and influence strategy across Sales, Brand, and CI. The role is based in SoHo with in-office Tuesdays–Thursdays, offering a base salary range of $118,000-$150,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 7+ years in an analytical and strategic data-driven role.
• Experience with syndicated data (Circana / Nielsen) is a necessity; experience with Walmart Scintilla Charter and Walmart's digital/marketplace ecosystem is preferred.
• Fluency in core digital-shelf and retail-media metrics; ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics support for Walmart business across personal care categories and digital/marketplace performance.
• Develop and own the Walmart analytics and insights roadmap and vision to support channel strategy.
• Bridge retail and digital into one omnichannel read and tell a cohesive Walmart story.
