Job summary

Harry's is seeking a Senior Retail Analytics Manager for Walmart to own the analytics roadmap, bridge retail and digital, and lead data-driven storytelling across channels. You'll collaborate with Brand, Sales, and external Walmart partners to unlock growth through integrated insights and scalable data capabilities.

The role sits in the Centralized Insights & Analytics (CIA) team and focuses on turning data into strategic recommendations for omnichannel success.

Qualifications

• Experience turning data into insights that inform retail strategy.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners to drive Walmart initiatives.
• Strong storytelling through data to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary customer and internal analytic support for Walmart across personal care, including category, market, shopper, and assortment.
• Develop and own the Walmart analytics and insights roadmap to support channel strategy and ad hoc reporting.
• Bridge retail and digital into one omnichannel read, linking POS/syndicated data with Walmart digital assets.
• Serve as analytics bridge between Walmart's retail and digital businesses to build a cohesive omnichannel view.
• Own the Scintilla contract and manage commercial relationships for Walmart data capabilities.
• Act as internal expert on Scintilla, expanding usage and value across Brand and Sales.
• Partner with sales leaders as their most collaborative strategic thought partner.
