Job summary

Mammoth Brands seeks a Senior Retail Analytics Manager for Walmart to own end-to-end analytics and insights. You will bridge brick-and-mortar performance with Walmart’s digital ecosystem, guiding strategy across Sales, Brand, and Digital teams.

You will lead data-driven storytelling, develop the analytics roadmap, and mentor analysts to elevate analytical rigor and impact in a fast-paced, omnichannel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in an analytical/strategic data-driven role, preferably in CP G or Retail.
• Experience with syndicated data and Walmart digital/marketplace ecosystem is a plus.
• Strong storytelling with data and ability to influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary customer/internal analytic support for Walmart business across personal care categories and digital performance.
• Develop and own the Walmart analytics roadmap and vision; deliver ad hoc reporting and analyses.
• Bridge retail and digital into a single omnichannel read; connect POS/syndicated data with Walmart digital channels.
