Mammoth Brands seeks a Senior Retail Analytics Manager for Walmart to own analytics and insights across personal care categories. You’ll bridge retail and digital performance, build a cohesive omnichannel story, and influence strategy with data-driven storytelling.

You will mentor analysts, drive repeatable processes, and partner across Sales, Brand, and external Walmart teams to unlock growth and optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 7+ years in analytics/strategy.
• Experience in CPG/retail analytics is a plus; storytelling required.
• Strong communication, presenting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own Walmart analytics, reports, and insights roadmap end-to-end.
• Bridge retail and digital to tell a cohesive omnichannel Walmart story.
• Mentor analysts and build scalable analytic processes.
• Partner with Sales, Brand, Digital and external Walmart teams.
• Develop data-driven presentations to influence decisions.
