Synchrony is seeking an AVP, Authentication – Wallets to monitor wallet authentication performance and develop strategic actions to mitigate fraud risk. The role collaborates with Emerging Payments, Acquisitions, and policy teams while building dashboards to analyze user journeys and leakage.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in financial services fraud/risk, strong data analysis skills (SAS/SQL/R/Python), and advanced Excel proficiency. Travel may be required in this hybrid work arrangement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in financial services fraud/risk.
• Experience analyzing large data sets to derive fraud insights using SAS/SQL/R/Python.
• Advanced Excel skills for data dashboards and analytics.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor authentication performance and wallet impact.
• Develop action plans to reduce fraud risk in wallets.
• Partner with Emerging Payments on tokenization and wallets.
• Collaborate on fraud policy in early provisioning rules.
• Build dashboards and analyze user behavior to improve journeys.
• Perform deep dive authentication leakage analysis.
• Respond to wallet program complaints.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
