• Advanced proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor authentication performance and its impact on wallet performance.
• Develop tactical and strategic actions plans to address wallets/tokenization fraud risk.
• Partner with Emerging Payments on tokenization and digital wallets programs.
• Collaborate with fraud policy teams on early provisioning rules.
• Build dashboards and use analytics to reduce journey friction and leakage.
