Qualifications

• 7+ years of telecom support experience.
• Experience with vSDM in a LAB environment.
• Familiarity with 2G/3G/LTE/5G Core technologies.
• Willingness to work on-site in Westlake, TX.

Responsibilities

• vSDM core deployment and integration in LAB.
• Commissioning, planning, installation, operation, maintenance & troubleshooting of vSDM with 4G/5G core elements.
• Network Operations Support: Fault, Configuration, Administration, Performance (FCAP).
• Monitoring and surveillance; assist O&M staff in day-to-day tasks.
