• Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple VR education and training projects, from concept through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards
• Collaborate with senior-level programmers, 3D artists, and designers to ensure a cohesive and innovative approach to VR education and training
• Manage and mentor a team of producers and associate producers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution
• Establish and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, adjusting as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow across all disciplines
• Work closely with stakeholders, clients, and end-users to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project plans
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained to a high standard and is accessible to all team members
• Conduct regular project reviews, identifying risks and opportunities and implementing strategies to mitigate issues and leverage strengths
