Side, a global video game development and services provider, is seeking a Senior Designer to help define and deliver engaging gameplay, systems and player experiences for an ambitious Unreal Engine 5 VR flight simulation project.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to shape virtual environments, prototype interactions, and balance realism with usability and immersion; prior VR, first-person, and simulation experience is highly valued.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer on shipped titles.
• Experience working on Unreal Engine projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong systems design skills for engaging, balanced gameplay.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to document and advocate design decisions.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset; mentoring designers and driving quality.
